Visa & Invitation Letter

Tokyo, Japan Visa:

Visitors traveling to
Tokyo, Japan, may require a visa depending on their nationality. Japan allows visa-free entry for short stays to citizens of several countries for tourism, business meetings, and conference participation, typically for stays of up to 90 days. Travelers from countries that are not visa-exempt must apply for a short-term visa before entering Japan.
The visa application process generally requires submitting a valid passport, completed visa application form, travel itinerary, proof of accommodation, financial documents, and sometimes travel insurance. Participants attending conferences or professional events may also be required to provide an official invitation letter from the conference organizers as part of their visa documentation.
Visa applications should be submitted through the nearest Japanese embassy or consulate in the applicant’s country. Processing times may vary depending on nationality and application volume, so attendees are strongly advised to apply well in advance of their travel date. Entry requirements may change, therefore travelers should always verify the latest visa information through official Japanese government sources.

Official Invitation Letter:

Official invitation letters will be issued to registered participants of the conference upon request. Once the registration process is completed, attendees who require a visa support document can request an official invitation letter, which will be sent via email.

Note:
The conference organizers can provide an invitation letter to support visa applications, but we cannot guarantee visa approval, as the final decision is made by the respective embassy or consulate.
